I had placed an order back in July and my postal service decided to not delivery my package so it was sent back to sender, in Florida and I’m in Oregon.. I wasn’t sure what to do but I was able to find a costumer service email and immediately I got a response! Jerome worked with me to get everything all situated!! It went so smooth and I was taken care of in a timely manner! So thankful to have amazing customer service!! You’re the best Jerome!! Excited to finally get my package :)

I had a question regarding an order that I felt was taking too long to ship. It was kindly explained to me by Jerome that there was a wait time on one of the items I ordered, and it had been there when I ordered it. I was grateful for his response, but then Jerome went above and beyond, when the item came in after our correspondence and Jerome pushed my order out right away! Terrific service!
