I was trying to shop a sale, and the items I wanted kept selling out as I was trying to put them in my basket. (Great sale!) Then, I put in the code french pharmacy sent just that day, *and it did not work*. I went ahead and made my purchase, but was bummed out that I missed the extra 15% bc of a malfunction on their end. I contact Customer Support and was lucky to get Timothy, who went the extra mile to get the issue resolved even better that I had hoped for. Thanks!
