I purchased a dog leash and two dog…
I purchased a dog leash and two dog harnesses. I returned the two dog harnesses and sent them back to the address listed on the invoice, requesting one size larger. That was on September 25th through UPS. I have sent multiple emails asking where my items are, no response back to this date, October 23, 2021. Poor, poor customer service. Why have an email address if you don't respond to it????

Hi we checked our inbox and don't have any email from you. We show the tracking is still on its way but we do agree it is taking longer than it should. We can send another shipment please email us [email protected] so we can resend and make it up to you! So sorry USPS is taking longer than usual.

I would love to give a better review however, after a month, I have still not received my new harness.

Awful customer service and terrible…
Awful customer service and terrible return policy- which is never honored. There are much better companies with better products for frenchies. DO NOT USE this company
