I bought several items and received the wrong harness color and size. I've emailed the frenchie store and sent Instagram messages through their page. They have not responded to me nor will they help guide me on how to return this incorrect item. I'm now stuck with the wrong color and size. Never buy anything from this store, they have the WORST customer support. Good luck returning an incorrect item.

I measured for the health harness with the two point measurements they suggested. I paid for shipping. It didn’t fit. They want me to pay for shipping back which is half the price of the harness. They aren’t communicating consistently. And I feel that they should include measurements for the head of the dog to ensure a better fit. Poor experience.

My decal came with a bunch of bubbles before install and once installed it never came out. I followed instructions exactly

My last order was short two harnesses. I always order from this company, but I'm wondering what happened. Did you sell to a new owner? I never had problems like this in the past. My account says that ORDER #20968 was sent to me. That was the missing harnesses. I never received them. Please help!!!! Theresa Discolo 516-643-2173

Would give 0 stars on my recent purchase because I still haven’t received it. To get an email back I had to message on their Instagram page. Weeks later, still haven’t gotten a time frame when my purchase will come or if I will ever get it. For a $50 sweater with tax and shipping… that’s not good service. Do better.

I ordered and paid for a large ice cream Pajamas and in the package was the slip and an eyeliner. Emailed many times with no response. All I want are the pajamas I ordered for over 40 dollars.
