FrenchiestoreReviews of frenchiestore.com

The one and only brand for my Frenchie! And I mean the only one when it comes to a harness! Safe, no plastic, high quality and an owner who stands by her products and clients!!! Love Frenchiestore!!!!

Love everything I have gotten from frenchiestore! The designs are super cute and love the metal buckles. Always arrives super quick and Sunny has always been super helpful. She really cares about her customers!!

Great products, and great customer service! Something doesn't fit or there's an issue no problem Sunny will take care of it. She wants her customers to be happy with her products and to always be taken care of. Love the overall quality of Frenchiestore!

Frenchiestore is the BEST when it comes to Frenchie apparel! As Frenchie owners we all know finding harnesses, accessories, etc to fit their body type is sooo hard to do. Frenchiestore goes above and beyond to make sure the items we put our babies in are not only stylish, but they are also health conscious and not harmful. They have amazing customer service and fast shipping (I usually get my order within 3 days of shipment). I absolutely love this company! Oh and they have amazing apparel/blankets for us dog moms! Thank you for being the best in the industry!

I’ve never found a more amazing company than Frenchiestore! The quality is fantastic and the customer service is great! Between the high quality clothing to the health harnesses, I would never put my fur- babies in anything BUT Frenchiestore! They are super friendly, helpful and treat you like family! 5 stars!

Thanks to this review they contact me and solving the problem. I understand that of the pandemic is sometimes complicated. But this is a example an a excellent communication and costumer service. Thanks again!

I want to comment that an originally frustrating experience with USPS delivery was made right by this company. I really appreciate how Sunny took care of me and refunded my return even though my return appears to be "lost in transit" with USPS for several weeks. Sunny cares about her customers and does right by them. This is obviously a great company and I will definitely be back to order again. I highly recommend FrenchieStore to all Frenchie and any dog lover!

I love the products, great customer service. They are so easy to work with and quality.
