STOP USING THE LMAXWELL EMAIL ADDRESS!!!!!!!! You’ve been asked four times now. Why ask the consumer to write a review and then tell them how to write the review. Why don’t you just write your own reviews? Doing business in USA is always risky to start out with and this experience reiterated that fact. I will not order from this company again norm will I recommend them or their products.

Collar too small and they are asking for pictures of the dog with the collar. What??

I bought dog pajamas and they were too small. You did not send a shipping label so I had to pay to return it. Your sizing was inaccurate. I will never buy from the store again.

Spent over $30 to find out the purchase was not refundable nor could I get an even exchange. Very disappointed and won’t ever shop again with your company! I just purchased a Frenchie and was willing to spend money on a new wardrobe, but not anymore.

I ordered these adorable bear hoodies for my dog. Despite measuring her and using the size chart provided on the Frenchiestire website, they refused to make an exchange for a different size. I understand that the items I purchased were “last sale items” however their measurement chart was deceptive. I think it’s not good customer service practices that they cannot offer an exchange.

Don’t put your return information on your website if you’re not going to honor it, and then finally change it to accommodate your needs.

The return policy is horrendous, and the customer service was not super responsive or friendly.
