I have had a great experience with this store. My coupon didn’t do through and they fixed it right away. I harness I bought was too big so I exchanged it. Unfortunately they were out of the pattern I had chose. Then a couple weeks later they sent me a personal email letting me know they had found some more of that pattern in the warehouse. I was surprised and delighted they would remember that and think to contact me. No only are their products great, but their customer service is above and beyond.

So happy with the new harness. My dog’s neck is in between sizes so finally have a harness that is tight enough but not choking him. I hope you make more adjustable harnesses in the future and stay ahead of your competitors because your materials are much nicer.

Really a great designed harness! Can’t wait to try it out. Fits both our dogs very well, and super high quality materials.

Shipped very fast! Good quality. Fit could be better. It fits in the neck but loose everywhere else. But I love it!

Absolutely in love with the Vegan Harness Collection!! It looks elegant and sturdy! My pup looks so handsome and I can tell it’s a comfortable fit on him. I may need to order a second because I know he’ll wear this out!

I love all of the harnesses based on the style/design. But the fact they are quality, sturdy and engineered for Frenchie safety is even better. Adjustable and reversible. I have 4 but feel like I have 8 and the metal hardware is so classy. The fit is great. I also like that my orders are always shipped right away. There is nothing worse than getting a notice a week or more later saying the order is being shipped. People like immediate satisfaction! Sorry but true and you deliver!
