It is great to be able to choose carriers from a list and see rates and transit times all displayed for comparison. The website is very user-friendly and the customer service reps are great. If I let them know a shipment is time sensitive, they follow it for me and send me daily updates on the progress. I have never received the service I get from them with any other company I have used. We love them!

I get called every other day by other logistic companies wanting our business but why in the world would I use anyone other than FreightPros (aka Meridian Logistics). They have always been the cheapest when it comes to freight cost. And they always respond quickly and in a timely matter when I have to get something shipped asap! We used to shop around for prices every time I needed to ship something but really there is no point in doing that when there prices are consistent and always the best. Ashley Phillips is a great Account Manager and will get you taken care of in no time. Yep they rock!!!!!!

Using Meridian for my shipments, saves me a lot of time. I don't have sign on to multiple web sites or schedule pick ups from different carriers. Just sign on, schedule the shipment and wait for someone to pick it up. It's quick and easy, and I appreciate that.

As a start-up business, I have to wear many hats. One of those hats was scheduling my own shipments. I found FreightPros online and they have handled my shipping ever since. Always courteous, accurate and prompt. One less hat for me to wear. I'llnnever use anyone else!

I found Freight Pros through a general Google search online and gave it a shot. I had no prior experience working w/a logistics company, but Lucas Turner worked very well w/a "first timer" like me. After speaking w/him about a couple of particulars, he took care of everything else and had a truck out to us within a day or two. Thank you, Lucas, for your patience and all of your help! I would recommend you to anyone.

John Estrada did a great job lining up my shipment. When we had to change dates due to the factory being closed he didn't miss a beat! I'll definitely be using their services in the future.
