FreightPros shopped around and found me the best price. I was a little concerned that they may have hired a second rate company to deliver my item since the price was so competitive, however, everything went very smooth and as expected. If I searched for a concern the only one I could locate was that when my item arrived at the central delivery hub in Phoenix from California, communication between the Texas representative that called me to arrange a delivery day/time and her Phoenix hub didn't seem tight. I got the sense that something could get lost in translation. However, in my case everything went perfect and the driver that delivered my item was super nice.

As a first time shipper, I was really happy to find FrightPros, I called others but was discouraged by fright quotes and lack of interest. Fright pros cared, Friendly, great realistic quotes on LTL rates, efficient.

1. Pickup was one day late. 2. Shipment was handled by a freight company not listed on the BOL. 3. Shipment went to a different terminal from the one on the BOL. This terminal was over 2 hours from my location. FreightPros resolved this, but it took over a week. 4. What was supposed to be a 2-day transfer (FL to VA) took over 2 weeks. FreightPros was reasonably responsive in resolving the problem, but I think in the future, I'll just pick a single trucking company, rather than go through a broker.

I'm a low volume shipper so the big brokers don't want my business. Searched around and found FreightPros and the service was excellent even for a small timer. Good prices too. They are now my go-to for freight shipments.

FreightPros placed our freight with Central Transport. Clearly Central Transport cannot be trusted to "care" for freight. Their forklift drivers must be morons. Not only did they HIT the freight once on one side but hit BOTH sides. Unbelievable! Then, Central Transport accused us of NOT packaging properly. Well, let see here, They accepted the palletized Generator, placed on an oversized pallet (to protect agains hitting the actual generator), delivered it and the delivering driver actually saw the damage, supposedly took pictures of the damage, made statements to the recipeints that there definitely WAS DAMAGE, and then Central Transport refused to pay any damages. YEAH, they suck. BIG TIME. NEVER AGAIN.
