Challenger Smart Band CHG304E. The fact you can't find them on Google tells you they are hiding for a reason. POS doesn't even see Bluetooth let alone connect. Zero support. AVOID.

No charger or even what type of charger to buy. I haven't even used the POS. Chinese quality at best!

I ordered a name-brand watch, Fitpro smartwatch, and I got a knock-off brand that is not good quality. Everytime I try to email, it says the web address is down!

I've had 3 of these watches and the 3rd one has died I've tried getting a reply and havnt received a reply call or anything. I have paid shipping on all 3

I don't know if I would like the watch or not. No charger came with the watch. Noone will respond to my email after writing a few emails. Then I order the ear buds only one works. I requested a refund. They sent me a review. I'm going to let PayPal get my refund

I selected 1 star because I didn't have an option in opting out, but I do not give this company any stars. I ordered a watch at the beginning of Aug, still haven't received it. My advice...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have tried numerous times to reach out to them and somehow they are not "reachable".

I have had my watch for less than a month. It has never kept time and continually reset itself throughout the day losing all the data for the day. Now it has completely stopped working. Won’t turn on. And the help email is no longer valid.
