I am giving 5 stars for the customer service rep
I am giving 5 stars for the customer service I recieved. The watches would get 4 . They are very difficult to figure out (took me 4 days to get them connected to my phone and the app). I ordered 4 watches and 1 won't hold more than 2 bars worth of charge. After contacting customer service they are replacing the watch that won't hold a charge and I was finally able to get them to connect to the app. The customer service rep was very quick to respond and helpful with her responses.

I ordered 3 watches and they are all really great and they all was easy to setup. I live them they do everything that it says it would do. Very good quality and very nice color would recommend to anyone

Lovely new watch
Just what I needed used a battery instead of having to upload it, I've tried that form and they kept going wrong on me as I'm not savvy with new technology. Now I'm a happy bunny. They were easy to order and delivery was fast. Thank you

Can't be faulted
Was dubious about the whole concept of these free smartwatches but boy was I proved wrong. My two watches duly arrived and are in everyday use with no issues at all. Thoroughly recommend

Smartstand watch rap review
With regards to your company, Andreah and Amanda have been excellent Representatives and have answered and taken care of in writing all of the concerns that I have had. They are both very sincere and efficient, assets to your company! When I do get the product and use it which I am excited to receive and do, I will write a review on the product as well. Amanda, upgraded me to the two free watches which I asked for because they were the same cost and that was $0. I did buy one charger for the wall even though I have a spare one and paid for it. So my overall cost did not change as promised. They got me the tracking info which I requested without question and looking forward to it, the product I mean.. But so far everything has been smooth and that's good business. In addition, the two reps that I mentioned at the beginning were very pleasant to deal with.
