Customer Service is the Shiznit!
Customer Service at Freesky is, hands down, the best in the corporate world I have ever dealt with. I have a direct link to them via email, I know them by first name, (and they probably know me, because I have certainly taken advantage of them to help provide service, parts, and even just general information about my bike.) They find parts and accessories to solve problems that I did not even know they had. I bought the Warrior Pro and the Ranger Pro in 2025, and although the Warrior had some kinks to work out, both bikes are everything they advertise. Fast, powerful, and fun to ride. I am 56 years old and not much in love with all the modern tech, but Leo, Hugh, and now Daisy have been super helpful helping me to solve all issues with my bike, and my lack of understanding. Warning: Due to the beastliness of these bikes, most parts you get on Amazon or whatever probably will not fit, however, if you contact customer service, they almost always have a solution. If you are in the market for an e-bike, or are on the fence about it, I definitely recommend Freesky as a starter bike. They have a nice selection, and all the customer support you can dream of. I was not compensated for writing this review, it is my genuine takeaway from having owned two Freesky e-bikes now for over a year.
