Free rate is second to none on quality…
Free rate is second to none on quality of there leads and the support they you as a loan officer. For the cost per lead I have not found a better lead source in my 25 years as a loan officer

High quality mortgage leads affordable…
High quality mortgage leads affordable prices and great customer service. Like any online leads they are competitive and you have to “work” the leads but I have closed many loans and have made good return on my investments over the past several years. Josh S my rep is always there for support and helps in anyway he can.

I am the President and CEO of a private mortgage banking firm based in the Midwest. My company operates under a "traditional model" that focuses on "quality introductions" from past clients, realtors and builders in our geographic footprint. We meet with the vast majority of our customers face to face. We do not operate a call center nor do we engage in direct mail, click ad's or facebook marketing! I approached the folks at freerateupdate.com about purchasing leads and have been absolutely blown away by the quality, accuracy and ROI!!! I had several requirements and stipulations I wanted to see prior to purchase. The customer contact rate of the leads we have purchased is in excess of 60% and our closing rate is in the mid 40's. This was simply painfree
This was simply painfree. I put my basic info online and then shortly I was talking to experts. The lenders were top of the line real lenders with amazing programs. I am glad i did this.

Hooked me up with an awesome lender!
I was a little unsure at first but they transferred me to an awesome lender and I was able to save over $300 per month by consolidating my credit cards and I got a lower rate than I had with my current mortgage.
