Fast, easy service with a very knowledgable loan officer
Wow! Fast friendly service. The loan officer explained in about 5 minutes why a conventional loan was more beneficial to me than a VA loan due to VA funding fees and closing costs together. We quickly figured out what my credit and home equity would get me for an interest rate.... I paid some points and lowered my interested rate 2.25%. I am incredibly happy with the outcome. Thank you.

A great experience
Our broker Nick Destefano was the most helpful and well informed mortgage person we have ever dealt with. He was able to anticipate our questions and concerns and had a ready answer for us. We will be closing our VA refinance in about a week and we have never had a better home loan experience.
