She has helped to walk me through the application process with a courteous approach. I have never felt rushed. Diem has a bubbly personality that is genuine and puts you at ease. Quicken loans received 5 stars because of Danielle Tynan. She was professional and courteous. She answered all of our questions and was completely patient with my wife’s and I, asking questions and took the time to explain every step. We received an offer for a better rate and slightly less points and she got approval to match as closely as possible since the fees and such had variations, but at the end we came out with a great deal. The process was easy and efficient, but Danielle was who made it the best.

We were so happy to wok with Loan Depot. They were able to assist at us when other banks and credit unions didn’t offer the product we wanted. Our loan officer was fast, thorough, and kept coming up with better options for us! So very pleased !
