Awesome experience!
The Lending officer Jacob Scheiperpeter was extremely professional and patiently answered all my questions regarding the quote and the loan application. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I had been shopping around for weeks now and they gave me the lowest closing costs on the loan. There were no hidden fees and the actual fee on the loan was even a tad lower than the initial estimates I had received. All in all, a great experience with LoanDepot and would definitely recommend trying them out!

I received a mail offer for a $250 Visa…
I received a mail offer for a $250 Visa gift card if Quicken couldn't offer me the lowest interest rate. I figured it was worth a half-hour of my time to run numbers either way. They beat my best rate offer by .4 percent - no points. Also - just $100 to close. It was a perfectly easy transaction, and I think I may close much sooner than anticipated, which is great for me.

Overall it was a good experience
Overall it was a good experience. However, some information that was important was left out when discussing the VA advantages. Maybe it was an oversight as there is a lot of information to be discussed.

Everything was explained properly and clearly. I was very satisfied with the loan officers detail of the procedure to secure a loan for refinance and the documentation required.
