My lending officer, Chris, did a great job getting me to exactly where i wanted to get too as far a refinance goes. I just feel that he had a lot going on in the background that kinda interrupted or stalled our conversation quite often. I do understand that I am not the only client he has, however, I think he could had been a little more attentive to our conversation. Over all, he was able to get me where I wanted to be and is moving our refinance process right along and I am thankful for that.

Our agent , Alex Goodman was very helpful . That said with our credit scores , loan to value , etc , it’s hard to understand why it takes 30 to 45 days to close . If we get one more ridiculous request for any more information, we may just cancel the whole transaction. Dave & Sharon Warner

It is a little early to say if my experience was good or great, as I have not concluded the project. That being said, I can honestly say I had the exact amount of resources to contact me (9). I selected two to talk with, and we are still talking. When the discusses are final next week, I can surely give you a solid, better answer that Trustpilot is the way to go.

It was easy and straight forward. I appreciated Hanna looking into a couple of options and helping us decide what was best for us.

Michael Daugherty Dear Sirs: 1. Initially, I understood that I had signed the necessary documents electronically. 2. Last night,10/23/2020, I opened documents requiring my signature stating that loan terms expired if not returned to Quicken Loans by 10/19/2020. Offices were closed 3.As a part of the loan interview when I requested the APR, it was my understanding It would be "under 3%", instead of the listed 3.475%. 4. I was assured that taxes and insurance could be accounted for without an escrow, yet they are listed as requiring an escrow account. The loan officer was polite and professional as we moved through the application process and I can only praise his interview and personal skills. It is possible that either I, he, or we all misunderstood what was being questioned and how it was answered. I realize that my loan account is small, but it is crucial that the process be obvious to all of us in order for agreements to benefit all the people involved in them. I am simply reaching out to obtain help and gain an understanding of where we are and where we go from here. Beginning, impasse, or end? I don't know.

Fyi: My guy was from LOAN DEPOT. Never heard of free rate update. I used rocket mortgage website with Quicken to get a lender. I told them candidly I had another deal locked in and pending. He assured me he'd do better. After about 49 minutes of the required Q&A he said he'd give me $100 bucks more at closing. I told him I wasn't even interested at all. Cash to borrower at closing went up and up until he said $1000 was the max. I told him ok, and to send me disclosures to look at. Everything was the same and they just ate $1000 in fees. I was pretty surprised that he landed at $1300 more cash to us. It all looked ok. I told him they be better not screw me over because I refuse to close if he breaks his word. He understood, agreed, locked my rate, and we'll see how it goes. 4 stars instead of 5 because it was really high pressure sales and I'd prefer a more casual comfortable feel. Also they made me pay $20 cash for the credit reports up front...pretty lame when you're trying to get a deal for 5-700 bucks per month in interest.
