They stated initially that the were closing on average 20 days. This is a two story three bedroom brick home on one acre that has an additional building housing a beauty shop. Thirty days later they finally informed me that the appraiser determined that the highest value for my three bedroom single family home is commercial and that they would not give me a loan.

I have never heard of so many fees and…
I have never heard of so many fees and ridiculous charges in my life $575. appraisal, $175. to expedite the appraisal, $200.00 to read it. Sad part is they ran my credit and then I found out about the fees!

Goes back on their word
Lender credit was offered and it fell thru after interest rate was locked and credit reports were run/payment was taken. Definitely do not recommend.

Travis wouldn’t walk me through how to send an email to him on my phone, was constantly talking over me, Being rude and impatient, I’m a disabled veteran no computer skills whatsoever was asking for help and he told me he couldn’t help me.

Began the process in March. It’s now June and the loan still hasn’t closed. No one returns your texts, emails or phone calls. Don’t use them.

CrossCountry MTG are a bait and switch…
CrossCountry MTG are a bait and switch company. Told me that if they cannot beat my locked in rate they would give me $500 for my trouble. Didn't happen because they will figure a way out of paying that best MTG promise. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!
