The personnel were great to work with
The personnel were great to work with. But, the rates and charges are more than outrageous. They wanted $10,000 in loan fees.

Cardinal Financial
Had a very poor experience with Cardinal Financial. Their agent, Colin, used very high pressure tactics. He told me I had to pay for an appraisal before they would give me a rate lock. Out of 5 companies that I got quotes from he was the only one that told me that. He got really offended and was a bit petty when I told him I was going to use a different company. They did refund my appraisal fee without too much headache, but overall I had a bad experience.

I enjoyed my salesman but he took too many liberties with my credit information that I did not give him permission to do.

Lead Buyer.
Lead Buyer. I am one of the buyers of lead from Free Rate. I buy live transfer leads and those calls get recorded. nearly 50% of the leads verbally express that we are the 4th person calling them regarding an online inquiry. so whether these are transferred, exclusive or non exclusive, there is absolutely no difference. you will be paying top dollar to compete with other companies. Exclusive or live transferred mean nothing. Also, 40 percent of the leads state that they never had an interest in obtaining a quote, If the phone rep is trying to transfer them, the lead is saying im not interested at all and the rep still sends the call over so that the charge can still be incurred.

Tired of browsing internet for items then being harassed by phone calls for a month
If these people would stop the calling crap every time one goes on net to browse things . For me I would be more likely to do buisness with them. It's very unsettling to know you use your home pc and immediately the phone rings that company . Then five min later phone calls start. After that your number is sold as a lead to another company . Phone rings again for months . This is so not wanted .anf makes me want to hang up the min I get those calls. There should be an option. Do you want us to call you ? Yes No End of it Really so much easier
