Your products are fairly priced, vests are a great starting point; especially for someone new to service dogs. My only comments are 1> I miss the personalization of the vests 2> I wish your vests had pockets similarly to the vests from PooBoss . I tell everyone who has asked about my dogs & their vests to go to Free My Paws. Com

I ordered vests for my chihuahuas and am very happy with them. They are made in good quality and were made with care. As a former factory seamstress, I notice the details. I would like to order the ID tags but found them to be a bit pricey. I'll have to save up for them. All in all, I thank you for your service. I will recommend you to my friends.

Excellent customer service! I was immediately contacted and asked to clarify size I had selected. Based on breed of dog-customer service knew I had made wrong choice.They caught my error and immediately contacted me to make correction. I wish all companies cared this much and were so responsive.

This company is unbelievable! I put my order in for my Service Dog's vest and sent the wrong size in. Because of their expertise, they caught the mistake, got in touch with me, and corrected the problem! That alleviated a lot of unnecessary shipping back and forth. Thank you for your professionalism!
