Exactly was I was expecting--easy emotional support animal letter that was accepted by my apartment complex.

I purchased a package for a Christmas present and was concerned it would not arrive on time. I called in and left a message to return my call. I received a call in a very timely manner. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly, kind and very responsive to my questions. It was a pleasure doing business with Free My Paws and I would highly recommend them for anyone thinking about certifying their four legged family member!

I had trouble at first on the new site to renew my pet's ID for the year 2016. I was not able to find the previous year of 2015 information to use.. Only the 2013 ID showed...also the new ID came in the mail with my address on it and I am moving February 1 and for flying purpose the address needs to match flight information...BUY...your customer service stepped in and helped me and replaced the ID card immediately...I appreciated that and have referred several friends to your site in previous years because of the customer service if they have any questions...Carol Huston
