For smaller breeds like my 4.5 pd. Yorkie the buckles and strap you use are a bit too large and clumsy as well as the overall size of the vest itself. Also there should be a slit on the top of the vest for the lease to fit through. Owners of very small breeds prefer to use a harness with a lease as opposed to a collar and lease. These breeds have very sensitive necks. The little metal ID tag is way too large for these smaller breeds. I placed the Freemypaws vest over the harness I use for my Yorkie but have no way to use a lease without cutting a hole in the Freemypaws vest. So I can't take my Yorkie on walks with the vest on and I am unable to use the metal tags unless I sew it onto her harness. I hope this helps with improving future design for these tiny breeds.

Ordered this for a friend's Scottie. When it arrived, they said it was too large. When they were not looking, I measured Happy Lad with a soft flexible tape measure and his girth measured 23" and I ordered the size the corresponding size. Would you please contact them @ (630) 932-9575 to see if they are happy with the Service Dog Vest. This was too expensive for the owner not to be satisifed. Thank you, Larry Durrant, Purchaser

I was very happy to see how fast I received my product, unfortunately I only used this card the one time with your company. I was contacted by my Credit Card Co. that there were unauthorized charges that took place after the purchase with "Free My Paws" I don't know all the details, maybe it was just a coincidence, I hope so..

Jared contacted me prior to my item shipping, making sure I would get the right size hoodie for my dog. It turned out that I did need a larger size. Jared being aware of previous issues made sure I got the right one! The only complaint I have is, the patch was placed off center on the hoodie. Sincerely E Cunningham

Sophie's name tag was spelled incorrectly, other than that, experience was good.

The items were wonderful they came in at timely manner and but that my dogs name was spelled incorrectly

I loved the fact that I was getting emails about the correct sizes and the concerns free my paws has. It was great and my dog has no issues with the size I ordered. He is a totally different dog with his vest on. It's amazing.
