Initially I hesitated to use this service because it was a Saturday and my flight was on the following Thursday and I didn't think I could get my paperwork in time.. But the very next day I got all my documents squared away and the therapist even emailed me with additional instructions and to give me her contact info in case of any hold ups! Highly recommend.

I have not used my letter yet for housing or flying and am assuming it is going to be all i need when traveling with my emotional support dog. I filled out my information one day and received a phone call and an emailed "emotional support letter" the next day. It could not be more simple or fast. Thanks for your excellent service.
