We have gotten items from Free My Paws in the past and got very good products. This last time though the vest fell apart the first time my animal wore it. We will continue to use this company because for the most part they produce a good product.

Their reaction to a small problem I had was very quick and handled professionally. I was impressed. Everything they promised was done. I am very satisfied with their service so far.

I remain hopeful that only pets who are truly trained service animals obtain the vests. Free My Paws has been very responsive and when the poor quality of the previous vest was brought to their attention, they corrected the problem as soon as possible. All personnel have been very polite.

It was ordered on 11 Nov and it is now 4 -Dec I am surprised it has taken over 3 weeks Your comment please Chris cape

I own an autism service animal business and depend on the products sold at this site. Unfortunately, twice within a matter of days my credit card information showed fraud after using this site. I have cancelled two credit cards as a result. I guess I will be calling in my orders from here on in!

I have been completely satisfied with the quickness of their response to my orders the last three years.

I was surprised at the weight of the vest. I would have preferred a nylon or net vest. We live in Florida and it is quite hot, if worn for a while. Other wise, I am very pleased that it is all stitched and not glued on. It is very well made.
