Super Easy! Easy to understand website, fast response on ordering as well as shipping. A very good quality product. I researched other companies that provide the same service, and kept coming back to Free my Paws and finally made my purchase!

Jared returned my phone call and written correspondences within 24 hours. He handled my problem professionally and a replacement item was in the mail the very next day. Products made in the USA-compare that to others and the others are all made outside of the US.

I did some online shopping for the best registration site and my check list included 1) A reliable and affordable register database 2) A trustworthy payment method and 3) A tasteful looking service dog vest. Free My Paws offers payment through PayPal which comforted me in the legitimacy of the site. They also met all of those needs and provided customer service that I did not expect. Jared at Free My Paws actually contacted me with a better recommendation for the size of vest based on my dogs weight. He was 100% correct and my life in a wheelchair has benefited tremendously. Thank you Free My Paws!
