I have another dog registered with another group. More money, left with a lesser feeling. Freepaws just feels better. I'm happy but I have not received my kit yet. If I'm good with the kit I'll register my other dog as well.

Wish they had told me the picture of the dog was for the ID card. The pic I sent really wasn't good for that. The service and products were good though and very fast. Thank you

Paws was easy to deal with. The card was excellent the 'dog tag' is larger than I would prefer. It is the size of a military dog tag. Would be fine for a large dog. My Toy Poodle weighs 5 pounds. The service dog wrap I ordered was the smallest offered. The straps are too long and I will have to have them professionally altered/changed.

It seemed like it took longer than it should have to get a call from a therapist. She was very helpful when she did call and emailed my letter right away. Some of the letter is hard to read, you can tell it's a form letter pretty easy. The words don't flow. Also I haven't received an original letter in the mail yet. I received my emailed letter a week and a half ago. I would really like the original letter too.

We received the package very quickly, and it contained the needed supplies. Two things could be better in our opinion. We would have liked to get the dog's name put on the vest, and could we please get a smaller tag to put on the collar. She is a small dog and the tag is quite large. It probably bothers us more than it does her.

I'm very happy with the information you shared and I love the vest but the straps and clips are too flimsy for larger dogs. I was especially happy to learn about the use of dogs for emotion support
