I absolutely love your website. It has always made my purchases easy. I even had a customer service rep call to asked if my emotional support vest was going to be to large for my 4lb yorkie. Usually I would have received the one I ordered and would have had to return it. I love all the choices available for all the dogs. I can take my Bella anywhere with no issues. Her card fits right behind my license in my wallet so that it is readily accessible.

I had ordered my E.S.A Certificates, once I had registered my 2 beautiful companions. The certificates arrived in record time! I was extremely pleased, however, my mail carrier folded the large, high quality envelope firmly in half so he could divide my mail from other residents in my neighborhood..... This very poor judgement on his part damaged my E. S. A. Certificates!!! I was far from happy, to say the least~ I took the damaged parcel immediately to the local Post Office. I voiced my extreme dissatisfaction, and was assured it would be returned, marked "DAMAGED BY POSTAL FACILITY". I contacted "Free My Paws", and was assured that they would be replaced at no cost to me, right away~ THEY WERE!!! The second set was mailed out quickly, and both the front & back of the envelope were CLEARLY marked with a black marker, "PLEASE DO NOT BEND". I am the proud owner of a gorgeous blonde Golden Retriever named Lady Abigail, Queen of Hearts, and a gorgeous red Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever named Lady Maggadoo, Gift of the Heart, that are lifetime registered, and 100% Certified!!! I have the beautiful, high quality Certificates to prove it!!!! This company ROCKS!!!!!!! I will gladly pass on this company's excellent customer service practices to anyone and everyone that wishes to register their "BEST FRIENDS"!!!

Free my paws was was here for me when I needed them. My dog is my emotional support and has improved my anxiety symptoms significantly over the past year. I want him to be able to travel with me and needed the appropriate letter and forms quickly. I was contacted by my therapist and had every form I needed available with in 24 hours. I had questions after and emailed them back with quick answers. Everything was sent to the airline service and was approved so now I can fly stressfree with my furry best friend by my side. I would recommend this service to anyone that needs it, and will use it again in the future.
