I was impressed by the unique options available for my service dog. She is only 5 lbs so lugging around a heavy vest was uncomfortable. I love the pink patch t-shirt! It is pretty good quality. The only misstep was the price. I thought it was much too expensive for a tiny t-shirt. I don't pay that much for my own t-shirts.

So far i have had satisfaction with your company, items were sent in good time, I carry his card and his tag is on his collar. Been telling everyone where to purchase and receive their own personal package

I was able to get my companion pet cert for my little guy and a vest fairly quickly. I would have given them 5 stars if the vest I order size "tiny" wasn't to big for my 4 1/2 pound chihuahua. I'll make it work though.

I have a tiny dog and the vest is made of too rough material. Why can't it be made of a soft material for the small dogs.

Expensive replacement card. Did not put original date on replacement ID card.
