Very happy with product!!

I heard about free my paws from my des admin and it is a one stop shop. They helped me with my paperwork, registration and accessories to help my dogs to be there for me. I too have suggested free my paws to our disabled people.

It was easy to use. Very straight forward and fast.

I am totally happy with my purchase and I received EXCELLENT customer service. Someone even reached out to me to make sure I had chosen the right size for my dog because the size I had chosen didn't match up to his breed. Sure enough, when I doubled checked my dog's measurements he did need a smaller size! I had a friend recommend this site years ago and my only regret is not ordering from them sooner.

Great service, I had a mix up in my address on my shipment and they are fixing it right away. Very pleased with this company and very helpful when you need them.

I know I don't have to register my Emotional Support animal. However having documentation, an ID to show and a tag...make it easier on me so I don't feel I have to explain my dog to anyone. I had a problem with the printed ID, and customer service took care of everything for me.

Was very helpful even called to confirm jacket size I ordered the wrong size. Thank you, Debra
