I have never dealt with a better company

I lost my dogs ID 2 weeks before my flight and DR letter. We called Paw for a replace. The were fast and not expensive. Got on my flight no problem. Thank you Paws. Dog & I had a wonderful flight MikeC

I accidently ordered the wrong size vest. I was sent an e-mail questioning my size choice. I corrected the vest size, and was delivered the proper size without having to receive the incorrect one and then send it back. This pro-active approach was above and beyond. I also received my order much sooner than I expected, especially with the size confusion.

Wow! A great site. Our airline quibbled over a tiny technical point in our letter (turns out Freemypaws is more current than the airlines on diagnostic publications), so therapist Kim responded immediately and gave us second letter that was accepted right away.
