It took a long time to recieve my package. I just expected with how much I paid and paying for shipping that my package would of arrived in a timely manner - I was in urgent need of my emotional support card because I was trying to get moved into a new place, and the landlord required some proof of service.

Ask expensive and not as advertised- and despite a commitment to reship the product as advertised it never arrived. This might be because explaining the difference to the "customer service" personnel seem to be quite the challenge…

I love your product, fits my dog well. I rarely use credit cards online but I did put in a credit card info to order this product. About 4 days later I received a call from the credit card company and I was advised that someone used my credit card info to order about 20 computer items. They did not know if it was someone who worked at your company or someone who might have hacked the sight. Either way I was very upset. You should get a secure way to send this info.

I've ordered from Free My Paws before and I like their products. The vests are well made but quite expensive and the delivery time has not been as promised on my previous order or the current one. It's been 20 days since I placed a double order and I have yet to get an update or delivery. I would like to see some additional patches offered such as: Medical Alert and Hearing Helper.

I ordered a small patch and the shipping alone was $10. Seemed way too high for regular (not expedited) delivery. Also I emailed then after my order regarding a change in shipping address and did not receive any response.

I must apologize, you are absolutely correct. Shipping for a single patch should have been discounted to $2.50 but clearly was not in your case. The customer care was excellent, however, I was somewhat irritated that the vest does not have anyplace to hook a leash. I do not use a collar & leash, instead I have been using a harness. The vest would better serve me if there was a hook for a leash.

We do make it very clear that we provide an identification vest, not a harness which requires a different fit in order to withstand a leash attachment. We also show pictures of our vest on the product detail pages. We would be happy to refund your order if you wish to send the vest back to us.
