Had some issues after giving my credit card info to This merchant. Somewhere in their system my debit card info was stolen and used. The owner was apologetic and said he would talk to their adminisrator but it was the only place I used my debit card in months.

I had planned travel with my emotional support animal and realized that her letter had expired. I paid for this service expecting to get the letter taken care of promptly on Sept 6. I was told a package was shipping out to me and I never received it. On Oct 24 I finally received an email to complete an online profile. Then I received a phone call on Oct 25 for an interview. I explained I no longer needed the letter because it was too late. They did not issue a refund, but a credit memo. I am no happy with this.

This place is a fraud.

Had order 2 ESA patches on the 16th of last month, and never received them, have gotten a couple emails saying they shipped me something, hoping it was them but nothing so far and won't allow me to track them even with the tracking # , it says it's not available.

They positioned their services as similar to Service Animals but they are only sanctioned in homes and airplanes. Their marketing is very misleading and deceptive.

I paid for a letter from therapist and have NEVER received it or my money back. I had to go somewhere else to get a letter.

I never got it, and when I checked the tracking order, it appears that the post office never got it either. It has been a month. I left a message for the Free My Paws people nd have not heard back.
