Personal service from this top notch company. Customer service called me to ask about my dog's build and stature before filling my jacket order. Come to find out, I had ordered the wrong size. Thank you for your personal attention!!

Excellent service, very profesional.

They noticed that my puppy's weight was a little low for the size vest that I ordered, so someone emailed me to confirm, and helped me to make the right choice for sizing. It was a great personal touch that I really appreciated, and really showed that they would go above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I needed.

They are very helpful and go out of their way to make your experience very efficient and pleasant.

Greatest experience ever. The therapist understood what I was going through.
