My order was never received. When I emailed the company they apoligized, and said they would send out another package. The second order took way to longto get here although when it did arive, I coiuldnt be more happy. Thank you for you prompt attention.

Great service and information. Just wish the vest were a little softer/flexible and better straps. Everything else is great!

I registered my dog in no time and received my certificates, id card, and vest within days. I have cancer, so I did not rely on website doctors to verify my need for an emotional support companion; I went to my own doctor. This is actually the only thing that bothers me about this process...instead of you providing proof of need, the website provides that proof.

It was so easy :) thank you

The price is a little high. The vest needs work. It does not have a place to put the dogs ID on it. The vest does not have a do not pet sign on it, or a place to add one.

The only thing disappointing is that Winston's vest did not have his name embroidered on it. My previous service pet of over 10 years Martini Montoya had his vest that I purchased from you embroidered with his name.
