I was very pleased with the entire process of ordering a ESD kit, included photo ID of pet. The vest is still a little large (ordered tiny) but I was able to adjust the fit by removing the straps and adding snaps instead. My Chihuahua is only going to be 3lbs, at her heaviest. Other than that, the whole experience was a breeze. I've even recommended Freemypays.com to my our family Vet. staff in case they ever get another patient that needs the information. This is the second year that I have ordered supplies from Free My Paws. Their equipment is outstanding and my service dog Bianca is very comfortable in her vest. I would like to see it made easier to re-order ID cards. But, other than that I have been very satisfied.

The vest for emotional support works great. the company was really good. they took our order and was very prompt in sending it to us. Everything they said they would do they did it.

I am about to take my dog on a plane for the first time as an emotional support pet and can't wait to use the vest and ID card I purchased on the site. One comment though, I had to purchase a "do not pet" separate patch from another vendor as I did not find it on the site. Maybe I did not look long enough? if not, I believe this would make a great addition to the line of products offered. That said, love the site. Keep on the excellent work!
