The web site is very easy to use and understand. I made an order and a customer service rep responded to me and asked me a question in which made me realize I didn't need a full package. I only needed the tags. They save me a lot of money!!! I was very thankful for their honestly. It's hard to find these days. I would definatly recommend this company to people I know. Everything I ordered looked really professional. It was a great quality and I got it exactly when they claimed I would. I also ordered a size extra small for my dog and someone from the company personally emailed me to recent a different size that would work better for the size of my dog. I ended up getting a size tiny and it was perfect for my dog. Great quality. Individual attention on their orders and an excellent experience for me overall. I would recommend this site to anyone.

Had a problem with vest sizing. They took care of it ASAP. Just wish at some point the vests were made with more "breathable" material other than nylon! thanks you guys! Linda, RM California
