I would shop here over and over again if something catches my fancy

I got the VIP emotional support animal kit. I needed the pet ID and vest on a Saturday for out of town travel and made my order very late, only two days before my travel. The freemypaws agent was very good and ensured that my order was shipped overnight and arrived the next day. The agent was very personable and called me to assure me that the shipment had been sent. Excellent customer service, second to none!!!

Free My Paws is an excellent service. I chose the deluxe package. I have a pug that is hard to fit. I ordered a medium. Jared Adams in customer service contacted to let me know that I may have ordered the wrong size. We corresponded many times to find the right fit for my Elliot. Jared's advice was spot on! I needed the extra small as per his suggestion. Elliot's vest fits perfectly with a little wiggle room for growth. I want to again thank and commend Jared Adams for his help, professionalism and knowledge. If you are looking to register your pet as an Emotional Service animal this is THE site!!!

I was first a little leery about going through an online service to have my dog certified. I purchased my dog through a breeder last year for the sole reason of providing a companion for my autistic son. After a dog bite 5 years ago he was petrified to be anywhere near a dog and due to the autism, he is lonely. The dog we chose, after much research, was a KIng Charles Cavalier. Because of his gentle nature and size, we felt he would be the best choice. Although he has not gone through extensive training he instinctively knows my son is different and has a gentle way with him. Having him registered as an Emotional Therapy Dog has given us the freedom to bring him with us wherever we go and is helping my son feel more comfortable in public places. When I didn't receive my order in the time frame they promised I panicked and called, thinking it was a scam. They got back to me right away and apologized and I received my order a few days later.

This was an awesome, easy purchase from start to finish. This jacket/vest is great and the best part is that it fit perfect. We had actually ordered the wrong size but didn't realize it until an associate contacted us via email and phone. Tbey wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. Thank goodness. We received it promptly and our dog has been going everywhere with us since. Very happy!
