I started to place my order online and I was almost completed whe I ran into,"send image". I couldn't figure out what that was, so I called and got hold of Jared who told me, photo of your dog. This gentleman helped me the rest of the way. Suggestion: instead of, send image, ask: photo of pet. It's easier on us seniors😎

Before my order shipped, Jared contacted me to ensure the vest size was correct. When it turned out that the vest was too large upon receipt, Jared responded quickly with clear instructions for an exchange, and sent out the new vest immediately!
