My experience ordering from FreeMyPaws was very good. The website was easy to navigate & any questions that I had were quickly answered via email. My special needs grandson is now able to have his service dog live with him. Thank you very much Free My Paws!

I have ordered vests, tags and cards for my service animal twice and each time the products are durable, easy to show when I travel with my service dog, Lily, and easy for my dog to wear. Even when there was a size mix up, the level of customer service I received was outstanding. I would recommend to any handicapped person with a service animal, Free my Paws. They changed my life with my service dog.

I had an amazing experience flying with my pug (Emotional support dog) from Canada to South America. I got 2 patch for my service dog's vest because I have had some trouble with people trying to touch him. I loved the product. It was made very well and when I dropped them off to be sewn on, the tailor had no problems. Also, it is bright and not only has the "Do not Pet" wording, it also has the hand with the strike out thru it, which was exactly what I was looking for! I would definitely recommend this product so far!

I have no idea where to begin. I have used them for two emotional Support dogs. After my first one died I goe me new one registered. I picked the srong size and they could tell and called me up. The she lost her tag and they sent me a new one at Immediately at no cost!.Here was my contact with them: Hi Garry, I am sorry to hear about your missing collar tag! We do offer tag only replacements for $14.99 each, but I would be happy to mail you out a complimentary collar tag as a thank you for your support. I will get the collar tag for Cody made up and in the mail to you by tomorrow afternoon. I will use the updated address posted in your email. Feel free to contact me with any other questions or concerns and I will be more than happy to assist you. Thank you again and have a wonderful day! I treasure these folks

Made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, got an email from them asking if I meant to click the smaller recommended size for my 30lb dog and that they double check the orders before shipping. Great customer service meant I didn't have to exchange it. Came with really nice embroidery that wasn't in the basic vest that was pictured when I ordered. Had no problems on the plane with it on (with doctor's note, of course).

Jared was not only professional, but efficient and he truly is a compassionate human being whom not only respects his animal cause, but believes in humanity as a whole! He truly emphasizes with your individual story and Jared went out of his way above and beyond and not only guided me, but walked me through the process of being certified every step of the way! He is very well informed about the federal and state laws and rights you and your pet have and made me feel so well taken care of. I will forever be indebted to Jareds professionalism in expediting my certification process for my family and I. Lola my dog is also forever grateful!!

Nuff said. So thankful for your company. Thank you for the power of knowledge. Armed with a vest and an ID card I've been able to be accepted any/every where with my pup!
