We have been working and purchasing items and their service has been wonderful. They always are quick to answer and help with any orders or questions. It has been 3 years since we have had our Cricket registered with their Emotional Support Animal program. We are thrilled to have this available to us and are more than happy with all their support. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested.

I ordered some items for my service dog, and was pleasently surprised when I got an e-mail asking if the items I had ordered were for the same dog.! Yep, they actually sent me an e-mail and ask that.! WHY...? Because it turns out one item I had ordered was in a large, but it was designed for a small dog, so large wasn't really large at all.. The other Item I had ordered was in a medium, but made for a large breed dog, it was really big.! After a phone call to them, and a call back to me, my order was filled and shipped very quickly.. The extra patches I ordered were very good quality, and very true to color for the vest... I did end up returning a few items, AND AGAIN, I got an e-mail to say that the company had recieved the return and posted a credit to my charge card.! It didn't take a month to get my credit back either.! I will order from this company again. I was treated with respect, and that means a lot to me.. Thanks, Free My Paws for a job well done..

I could not have had a better service. I ordered the Emotional Support Animal and ask to pet patches for my dog. The product I ordered was delivered on time and at a really good price. Keep up the outstanding service.
