Free My PawsReviews of freemypaws.com

Every transaction I've engaged into with Free My Paws has worked seamlessly. The customer service they offer reminds me of days gone past when most every business you purchased products from was found to be exactly as advertised. I've been a customer for only a few years now though several transactions later I've realized flawless from the first to the last. Even issues within their great website were handled within hours and not days even though the issue was actually my own. I recommend this organization as a first class operation and will continue to do business them without hesitation.

I was unaware that the ID card expired within a year which was the reason for the recent contact there should be a reminder sent out if possible to inform members web service animals to keep up on that ID card. I also had to get a new vest because he outgrew his and was unable to have his name embroidered on it which I had done on the outside because I will be traveling to several states starting in April I will be traveling overseas also the name on the vest I believe is very good idea people can mention the name and he feels more comfortable and alert

Best $ 99 I've spent in some time, I have leukemia - thankfully in remission at the moment. My 11 pound Westie / Maltie goes everywhere with me and other people automatically stay clear of us when they spot the vest - a double bonus !

Just received my purchase yesterday. Very happy with it. The only drawback, it took two weeks to receive it after I got the email that said it had been shipped.

No problems easy purchase

They were quik, honest and very helpful even directing me to a different site for a specific problem, AWESOME highly recomend

I was very surprised at the quality of the vest. I ordered one badge and it came already sewn on. I had her own badges to sew on myself which turned out to just have enough room. The vest fit perfectly but would like to have a little more strap adjustment. When the measurements are given there is no room for error.

After comparison shopping, I saved $100 over the nearest competitor. The website was easy, but when I called to verify that I had done everything correctly, the rep was the best! I received the professional quality picture ID, and vest within a matter of days.
