I ordered a new vest for our service dog with some extra patches that I wanted sewn on. I forgot to mention I needed the patches sewn on so I had to return the vest close to our trip to have it done. The company returned all my frantic phone calls and overnighted the vest back to me at no charge! Jared Adams, the Customer Service Manager, was especially helpful.

I ordered the Basic Service Animal ID Kit in a small, which I believed would be best for my service dog. I received an e-mail a few hours later from one of the sales representatives asking me to double check the size and that he felt that the x-small would be best. He was right, the small would have been to large. Also the questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. I've sense then referred their information to another neighbor. Will definitely buy from them again.
