Make sure that you have screenshots of all the details about the order. 🔹If You paid on PayPal (go to PayPals homepage and make a CLAIM. Not a dispute. Don’t cancel the claim at ANY time) 🔹If You wasn’t paying on PayPal … then call Your bank to get information about how they can get your money back. 🔹Return the order to freedomsilk.com AFTER PayPal or Your bank have made a deal with freedomsilk.com about it and PayPal or Your bank have send You information about the returning-adress. 🔹Return the order in a way that freedomsilk.com need to sign for the returned order when they recieve it. 🔹Unfortunately You have to pay for the return of the order. 🔹Write a review about your experience with freedomsilk.com on Trustpilot, Freedomsilk Facebook page, Freedomsilk Instagram page and other places where freedomsilk.com is trying to promote the company and their products. 🔹Freedomsilk.com will write a “nice” answer to me here below. The answer is really not to me, but to the readers of Trustpilot, so they can make freedomsilk.com look like a trustworthy company. If they don’t write an answer … then the conclusion must be, that they agree with me about my experience with them. 🔹We have to warn other people against freedomsilk.com 🔹I write this of bitter experience. After I returned a order to freedomsilk.com (items that is not even existing on their website) they was keeping the returned order AND my money … and it was a lot of money we are talking about. I have also paid a lot of money for the return of the order. They are lost too. I will never get my money back from freedomsilk.com, but now I am giving You this recipe, so You’re not making the same mistakes as me.

I like their pjs, the material is good and the fit is comfortable during sleeping, affordable sleepwear for everyday.

SO DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT BUY FROM SLIP INTO SOFT!! I was looking for a piece of silk clothing for my wife for our anniversary and slipintosoft.com was one of the first websites to pop up on google. The website looks legit, easy to use, and professional. I selected the item I wanted, a 2 piece silk top and shorts. It stated it would take 2-3 business days to ship. After ordering, I eventually got an email saying it was shipping from China and would arrive within 2-3 weeks. This was my first warning sign. Needless to say, I didn't have the gift in time for our anniversary. When it finally arrived, it came in some very cheap packaging and was in a cheap box with another company’s name and logo on it (Freedom Silk). This was warning sign number 2. When we finally opened it and inspected the contents, it was a very cheap looking pair of shorts and a top that did not look like anything from the website. The material definitely was not silk or any variant close to feeling like silk. It was very rough to the touch and just overall very cheap feeling/looking. I'm not sure what type of material it was, but I have polyester clothing that feels much nicer than this stuff. It dawned on me I had been ripped off. I started researching the company and saw similar complaints. I emailed the company and told them what happened. They asked I ship the items back at our expense to get a refund. I read multiple accounts of people shipping the items back, paying for return shipping, and then never receiving a refund. The company simply said they never received the item. The only people who did get refunds were those to paid extra for verified signature received shipping. Not willing to lose more money by shipping the items back, I decided to cut my loses. I mostly just want to warn others about buying anything from these frauds. They are obviously advertising silk clothing at real silk prices. I also later found out Freedom Silk is in cahoots with Slip into Soft. I paid over $100 dollars for a silk top and shorts and received a $5 pair of who knows what kind of material straight from China. Very disappointed and I would never ever buy anything from this company again. I hope others do not make the same mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM SLIP INTO SOFT!! See Mister Lee's reply below: If you are not affiliated, then why did I order an item from Slipintosoft.com and received a package from Freedom Silk? Also, see the previous reviewer who said the opposite, they ordered from Freedom Silk and got a package from Slipintosoft. You guys are a scam, selling people fake silk products at real silk prices! EVERYONE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE TWO COMPANIES! BUY FROM REAL RETAILERS!

I ordered from freedomsilk and got a package from slipintosoft that has reviews for counterfeit silk. I believe this to be true because I got a notification in my email saying i'm getting electronic trade documents from Damon Wu... a chinese financial rep with Morgan Stanley. It's to surpass customs. Definitely will be working on a return with this.

Love the pink and white pinstripe pjays. I’m no silk expert but it feels and looks like silk. Super luxurious and the perfect pink! Just a note for sizing: I’m 5’4 and the pants sit right below my ankles so I would size up if you’re taller than 5’4.

I recently bought the Momme Mulberry Silk Floor Length Luxurious Silk Nightgown. Couldn’t be more pleased! This gown is made with impeccable workmanship. The silk is gloriously soft and clearly durable. I had wanted a 1930’s style, bias-cut nightgown, with that level of tailoring in the bodice to create an hourglass drape. While vintage is charming and fits beautifully, the older silk is usually lightweight and ready to fray. I wanted a durable, truly comfortable, and sexy gown to wear and love for years to come. The money is well worth it. Quality is top notch!
