They send you a item but it didn’t work for me they have a no questions ask policy if you call to return it within 14 days we were calling every day multiple times a day didn’t get an answer till multiple days later we returned the item in perfect condition now 4-6 weeks later we still haven’t received a refund

We tried multiple times to reach out and resolve the situation with no response. We are happy to provide a refund once we receive the product and were willing to extend the return period if necessary.
