Freedom Health Insurance is the first medical insurance that I have had, it is difficult to try and find out information on their website, trying to find out provider names and their specialty, I have a provider handbook, but it isn't very thorough, I don't think you should have to call them every time you want to look something up for the information about your plan or find a provider, I thank you.
