Freedom Health couldn't find me a location with an upright MRI machine. Their customer service department is located out of this country. The customer service reps were nice but hard to understand because of their thick accent. Freedom needs to hire customer service reps within the USA!! Do Better!

Cut out almost every physician in Volusia county. The ones remaining are overbooked for 6+ months. I cannot get a general appointment to maintain my prescriptions or a referral for my specialist for my lifesaving prescription. It's called eldercare murder

Trying to call to have my address removed from their mail lists - the flyer I got today said they are open 8am - 8pm EST 7 days a week. I called at 1pm EST on a Saturday and got a voice message saying the offices were closed and the hours were 8am - 11pm 7 days a week. Please call back during their normal office hours. SMH - I called during their advertised office hours.

Worst Medicare insurance ever. They decline every thing and make you do all kinds of crazy stuff. Biggest insurance scam ever. It like real elder abuse. Medicare. Gov needs to look into these guys
