Money taken out of my account I have never heard of the company at all

Yup, like those before us, supposedly we've signed up for a subscription. We've done no such thing. This is the problem with buying cheap online from companies you've never heard of (like - if it seems to good to be true, it is).

Beware.....if you are reading this, you have probably already been scammed!! Whilst purchasing Senior Rail Card, this company appeared as a pop up. Not sure if I inadvertently clicked on something but they are now taking subscriptions of £18.62 out of my bank account. I am currently trying to get this rectified via my bank. DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!

Absolute rubbish. I THINK I might have clicked on something else which I cancelled immediately, but have been getting the same payment demand weekly for £19.21 message for since 14 May. Fortunately my bank has it listed as declined now, but it needs referring to the fraud squad. Suggest everyone refer to the police - they might stop them. The scummy B******s'

i was not aware that i was automatically signed up to this service, apparently i clicked a box or an add and money began being debited from that day every month until i noticed. They had an email address I never use and my bank act details and I still have absolutely no idea how i was signed up to them, big red flags here

Took money off our card. No idea where they got our payment card from.

I didn’t ask to been added on for subscript every month . I went on the app and next thing I know they’re taking £19.47 April 2026 / £18.40 may 2026 . Which I would like refund . My bank his canceled it now . But won’t let me cancel online . And can’t find email address or address . Could yous send it to me please . Or if anyone has got it to pass on please .
