based on customer service: I was having a lot of trouble getting everything set up due to something in my system. Gigi called me and shared my screen then walked me through the entire process. She was very kind, very patient and helped me tremendously from beginning to end. I would have never been able to do it without her.

Customer service was amazing with FreebieFlow. I was having such a hard time getting my account connected to my Amazon account and Gigi was so patient and stayed with me the whole time, checking in. And it took a while. We finally got it connected and I see I already have a package coming. That was Friday and it’s due to be delivered Monday. So excited to see what else this service has in store. I signed up with another service that was more expensive and didn’t receive a thing 2 weeks later, so I am glad someone suggested Freebie. It’s also great to get a “person” and not a chat bot that responds with answers that aren’t appropriate to your question. Please keep your customer service with people and not AI bots.

I purchased the app and thought it would be a great experience . I got very frustrated trying to get it set up. I reached out to Gigi after noticing she had made several attempts to reach me. I'm so grateful she did because I thought I'd purchased an app for nothing, considering I could not set it up. Thanks again & I would rate her 10 out of 10. She had all the answers & was very patient with me as I am just learning how to navigate my smart phone.
