I love how i rate them and they send back a book of how I'm wrong. According to freebieflow - 3. You have full access to your account history. At no point is this blocked or denied. Any claim otherwise is simply untrue. WELL THEN WHY DOES THE SITE SAY I NEED A SUBSCRIPTION TO ACESS MY ACCOUNT. I'd send a screenshot but not sure how to.

Impossible to sign up but sure took my 1st payment quickly. Website is terribly difficult. Going back to Ebay where I never had a problem.

It's been ongoing excuses for over 2yrs. They promise that the program is being worked on and the bugs worked out. In a 2yr span, it's just became an infestation of piss poor deals. No freebies, bot not working for days, expected to sit in front of phone and watch for manual deals. Do yourself a favor and keep your money. There's better free groups out there, like, Rebel Dealz, etc. There's a reason why freebieflow has low numbers. They pick and choose who'll get good items. If you happen to pick up something good, they'll go into your account and cancel it. Dare not to speak up about the lousy service being offered, they'll just ban you! This is definitely not the group for you!!

I am extremely disappointed with this subscription service. Despite an initial fee of $50, subscribers are compelled to spend additional $$ on items that are mediocre at best. Furthermore, the service’s insistence on soliciting five-star reviews—often through repeated, coercive requests thru customer service chat—raises serious concerns about the authenticity of its ratings. The links provided via Telegram frequently fail to function, with people limited to automated responses like “Bot attempted first.” Most concerning, however, is the lack of disclosure regarding compliance with Amazon’s policies. In my case, this oversight led to the closure of my Amazon account and the irreversible loss of years’ worth of order history. Based on this experience, I immediately canceled my subscription. I strongly recommend that potential subscribers consider alternative deal-sharing groups—such as Rebel Deals, Mama Deals, and Savings 101—which offer similar benefits without a subscription fee or the risk of loosing your amazon account.

In terms of improving the telegram links, we have historically prioritized the bot over Telegram (which is what separates us from regular deal sharing groups and allows us to get the freebies and insane discounts). Unfortunately this is not up to us - the bot itself has never caused an account to be banned, but sometimes Amazon views a large amount of cancelled orders or refunds as suspicious. If you’re considering Freebie Flow, let me stop you right there. This company has been an utter disappointment, riddled with empty promises and shady practices. From day one, the service has failed to deliver on anything it claims. Not once have I received the 10+ free items they “guarantee.” Every time an item was supposed to ship, it would mysteriously get canceled—convenient, right? To make matters worse, they’ve recently changed their policy so they no longer guarantee those 10+ items per month. So unless you’re reading every word of the fine print (and even then, good luck), you’re in for a rude awakening. Thinking I might be doing something wrong, I followed their advice and added a teen account to increase my chances of receiving items. Guess what? The teen account kept disconnecting from Freebie Flow. I tried creating another account since I had paid for two slots, and the same thing happened. Frustrated beyond belief, I requested a refund. Of course, they gave me the runaround until my subscription “coincidentally” ended—conveniently making me ineligible for a refund. Adding insult to injury, their so-called “solution” to getting more items is telling you to change your preferences to 80% and spend up to $8. Excuse me? I didn’t sign up to spend more money—I signed up to receive the 10+ free gifts per month they promised. And guess what? I still never received a single one. Freebie Flow is a classic case of false advertising and zero accountability. They’re quick to take your money but offer nothing in return except frustration. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this company at all costs. I wouldn’t recommend Freebie Flow to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a trustworthy service.

To address the change in our guarantee, we did need to make a necessary change to update it to: "If you don't receive double your subscription in savings, you get a full refund". We sent out emails, website and telegram announcements 1.5months+ in advance of this change as a heads up, and it's currently clearly reflected on our website for all new customers!
