Took over 2 months to receive order. No top hooks. No bottom tension hooks. Only 6 little thumbtacks. Useless to me. Appeared on credit card statement before I received order so I did not pay. Lucky me.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a Large Mural for my garage door 2.1m x 4.5m. The video and writeup show large clips that fit over the door frame and hold the mural taut. I received small nail in hangers used for hanging pictures on a wall. Not sure how you attach them to a steel door. I contacted the company to be told they are definately the correct goods. I have sent them photo's of what I received, the link showing what it should be. But they insist I have the received the right thing even though it clearly is incorrect. Even the parcel tracking ap was a scam, showing the parcel was coming from the US and it was at different places in the US and yet it came from Sydney Australia but I have to return the goods to China for a refund at my cost. SCAMMERS FOR SURE!

I ordered the garage door Christmas tarp and when it arrived it was for a single garage door not a double door the we have. After several email and arguing that it useless to I was told to give it away as a gift. Their add on marketplace say 100% risk free returns but this is a scam of a company no returns full stop. Don't buy anything from this company you will not receive what you ordered if in fact you recieve it at all

They will take your money and send bogus shipping updates, but your item will never arrive. DO NOT waste your time and money.

Online store is a front. This is a bait and switch!!! This is a scam! DO NOT SHOP WITH FREE GIANT!!!!!

Ordered the Christmas garage door cover, it finally arrived and was not made from the advertised vinyl type material but rather a very soft, thin, flag type material and the over the door clips were not included, instead they sent nail in small picture hooks which make no sense and can't be used. So inferior product that can't be installed. Tried emailing several times and they go in circles saying product was received undamaged so no returns or refunds and suggest if I'm not happy with the product I should give it away as a gift to someone else.

Free-Giant is a scam! Ordered garage decoration on Sept 17, and still have not received it. The email address they provided for customer service is manned by someone who does not speak English and claimed the product was mailed but that they were not provided a tracking number from the shipping company. I got the same response from 2 emails and then no response to subsequent emails. Don't be fooled by the flashy advertising. It is a scam.

7 Weeks since I ordered to Garage cover for Christmas. Still not here, keep getting tracking info, that is clearly fake. "noreply" emails, so you can't even check with them
